Four random draws will take place each year at the end of each competition period. Entries received in each period will be drawn once the period has closed.
Each year while the competition is running, these periods are:
• 1 August – 31 March
• 1 April – 30 June
• 1 July – 30 September
• 1 October – 31 December
To enter the competition, all details must be filled in each field. The prize is one free standard entry into the International Property Awards for a category of the winner’s choice. Participants must be over 18 to enter. No purchase is required to enter the competition. One entry is required per organisation, company or person.
No cash alternative will be offered for the prize. Winners will be notified within 28 days of the drawing. Winners will be notified via email. We may ask you if we can use your details in publicity but this is optional and is not a requirement.
